SOLUTION
The Community Preservation Corporation, a not-for-profit corporation sponsored by more than 80 financial institutions, wanted to significantly increase lending volume, and turned to DOOR3 to increase efficiency to make the expansion work. DOOR3 spent time with CPC executives to fully understand their process and listened closely as they described their needs. DOOR3 worked together with the client team to develop a strategic analysis that took into account CPC's unique challenges. John McCarthy, Executive Vice President and COO, was impressed with the results:
"What DOOR3 brought to the table right away were relevant expertise, strategic focus, powerful analytical techniques, the ability to really listen to client needs, and a commitment to delivering value on time and on budget." JOHN McCARTHY EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & COO COMMUNITY PRESERVATION CORPORATION

RESULT
DOOR3 developed a loan workbench portal using the .NET platform that integrated into legacy database solutions, including McCracken Strategy, that allowed CPC loan managers to more effectively manage their accounts and provided real-time reporting capability to managers and executives that saved time and cut cots. DOOR3 and CPC continue to work together to create solutions tailored for CPC's strategic goals, staff, and technology platform.
"DOOR3 was also interested in sharing their techniques with us, so that we could grow internal capability to monitor our processes and keep them aligned with our overall strategy." JOHN McCARTHY EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & COO COMMUNITY PRESERVATION CORPORATION
