We are looking for a talented, result-oriented, and proactive Office Manager / Recruitment Assistant with strong communication skills to join our team and support our company’s growth.
Essential Job Duties:
- Job postings, position requirements;
- Looking for new candidates’ profiles;
- Scheduling interviews, etc.
- Support with HR-related activities, orchestrate onboarding paperwork;
- Coordinate Birthday greetings, prepare and send corporate presents for employees;
- Assist with organization of corporate team events;
- Assist with internal communications and meetings organization, announcements, and internal surveys;
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Previous experience in a similar position or in administrative work;
- Upper - intermediate level of written and spoken English;
- Good organizational skills;
- High level of personal responsibility and attentiveness to the details.
