We are looking for a talented, result-oriented, and proactive Office Manager / Recruitment Assistant with strong communication skills to join our team and support our company’s growth.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Job postings, position requirements;
  • Looking for new candidates’ profiles;
  • Scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Support with HR-related activities, orchestrate onboarding paperwork;
  • Coordinate Birthday greetings, prepare and send corporate presents for employees;
  • Assist with organization of corporate team events;
  • Assist with internal communications and meetings organization, announcements, and internal surveys;
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experiences:
  • Previous experience in a similar position or in administrative work;
  • Upper - intermediate level of written and spoken English;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • High level of personal responsibility and attentiveness to the details.
