PRISM Vision Group: a healthcare intranet saved from collapse.

When a key internal developer left PRISM Vision Group — a major healthcare organization specializing in optometry practice acquisitions — they took critical institutional knowledge with them. What remained was a bespoke intranet, deeply integrated with external systems, held together by undocumented code, accessible only through a VPN, and rapidly breaking down. The system was integral to PRISM's ability to integrate newly acquired practices and run daily operations.

DOOR3 jumped into rescue mode immediately. Our first priority: stabilize the existing system to ensure business continuity. Once operations were secured, we conducted a full technical discovery to understand both the broken state and PRISM's long-term goals. We then executed a cloud migration to Microsoft SharePoint Online, leveraging Azure and Microsoft 365 to deliver a scalable, secure, accessible solution built for PRISM's continued growth.
