Our Process
Required diligent, proactive management, focused facilitation with the client, and lock-step communication between design and development regarding feasibility.
We examined key industry players to understand what the buyer market expects, identify ways in which the client could enhance functionality, and deliver stand-out design.
We identified the root cause of performance issues, then replaced their legacy Dundas BI solution with React.js and reimagined how users load and cache data.
We replaced outdated and confusing UI patterns with a modular experience and clever ways to reuse templates between development and design, which was favored in the customer feedback.
Meeting user workflow needs: we identified the wholistic user journey to craft a simplified architecture that improved usability.
Data visualization challenges: Inconsistent visual representation of complex datasets curtailed usability and compromised the effectiveness of the application.
Improving visual designs: We created a design system and component library to streamline data visualizations with better color contrast and accessibility.
Our Solution
A reengineered frontend for the platform features a new tabular dashboard experience with improved data visualizations for streamlined workflows.
