FreshDirect is one of the nation’s leading online grocery brands. They are known for their convenient delivery service of fresh, curated produce and general grocery. FreshDirect had long established its brand as the go-to online grocer in New York City and wanted to improve its mobile shopping experience across the board. FreshDirect saw the iPad as a blank slate to create new ways for their customers to shop.

DOOR3 first began working with FreshDirect to provide engineering services and documentation to support business analysis and plans to expand operations online. DOOR3 has also worked to introduce mobile commerce to the company by creating a mobile application furthering its convenience to its customers.
