AWS Partner Summit in Zurich 2026
09.11.2026
The DOOR3 Growth Team joined technology leaders, AWS Partner Program managers, and solution providers at the AWS Partner Summit in Zurich — a gathering focused on the two forces reshaping how enterprises build and scale: strategic partnerships and enterprise AI adoption.
For a consultancy that serves clients in regulated industries such as insurance and financial services, the conversations in Zurich reinforced where the market is heading and how DOOR3 is positioned to help clients get there.
Partnerships as a Growth Engine
One theme came through clearly across the Summit: partnerships are one of the most underused growth engines in technology services. Far more than a logo on a slide, a strong AWS partnership drives certifications, opens new revenue streams, and multiplies the capabilities a team can bring to a client engagement.
For DOOR3, this validates a long-held view. Working closely with AWS and the broader partner ecosystem lets us combine deep IT consulting expertise with best-in-class cloud infrastructure — so enterprise clients get solutions that are proven, secure, and ready to scale. We're grateful to the AWS team and to our reseller TD SYNNEX and its DACH team for making the event, and the connections it created, possible.
Enterprise AI Adoption: Shared Challenges, Emerging Solutions
If partnerships were the strategic thread, enterprise AI adoption was the practical one. Almost every organization at the Summit is wrestling with the same set of questions:
-
Managing Costs: Controlling the rising cost of AI tools and infrastructure.
-
Data Readiness: Ensuring high data quality and structure before AI can deliver real value.
-
Governance & Security: Implementing robust AI data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
These are not abstract concerns — they are the exact obstacles that stand between a promising proof of concept and a production-grade system. What stood out in Zurich was how many partner companies are already delivering tailored, innovative solutions to these problems.
The message for enterprise leaders is encouraging: you are not solving AI adoption alone, and the ecosystem to support responsible, cost-effective deployment already exists.
For regulated industries in particular, governance and security are not optional add-ons. Insurance and financial services clients need AI that is auditable, well-governed, and defensible — and that is precisely the intersection where DOOR3's consulting work lives.
People and Culture Make the Difference
The final takeaway was a human one. Skills and technology matter, but success ultimately depends on a company's culture and its ability to navigate change.
Technology adoption is a change-management challenge as much as a technical one — and the organizations that thrive are those that pair strong engineering with strong people. We were especially proud to see colleagues and partners pitch their ideas on an international stage in Zurich, and to build new relationships with fellow innovators across the DACH region and beyond.
Looking Ahead
The AWS Partner Summit reaffirmed the direction DOOR3 is already moving: deepening our AWS partnership, helping enterprises adopt AI responsibly and cost-effectively, and keeping people and culture at the center of every transformation.
Ready to accelerate your enterprise AI or cloud strategy? If your organization is planning its next move — especially within a regulated industry — DOOR3 would welcome the conversation.
